Option 2 – Field Training

It usually requires completing about 35 to 40 field training home inspections for a student inspector to become qualified to perform home inspections. Please note: each student’s required field experience may vary. Field training may be purchased for about $100 per inspection. Field training is offered at The Professional Home Inspectors Institute. Some of our customer offices also offer home inspection field training through association with Training Learning Certification, Inc.
