CD-ROM QuickSearch®
QuickSearch® contains thousands of pictures of house problems with descriptive text. It allows you to look at a picture and quickly identify a house item or problem and then learn whether it has a history of being problematic. This is a necessary visual skills sharpening exercise for any inspector. The exposure to both a wide variety and a large quantity of home problems, which would normally take years of field training to observe first hand, gives our students the competitive edge they need to succeed. Interactive Learning/Testing Software
