Option 7 – HUD 203(k) Consultant Software

Information Services for Buildings (ISB). ISB is a division of Training Learning Certification, Inc. ISB offers an approved national training for Consultants participating in the FHA 203(k) Loan program. ISB offers a one-day classroom HUD FHA 203(k) Consultant Training Seminar. The Seminar includes the publications, mortgagee letters, manuals, and videos you will need. In addition to being a recognized HUD trainer, we also provide 203(k) job processing software to consultants. The software will save you hours of work in preparing your jobs in the approved HUD format.

The course is provided on an as needed basis at selected locations across the country. If you have need of training and would like to establish a training date in your area, please contact Mike T. at 800-401-4472 or visit http://www.isbinc.com . If your need is immediate, we may already have a training class scheduled that you may attend in another city.

Note: HUD requires at least three years experience as a remodeling contractor, general contractor, or home inspector in order to qualify as a 203K consultant. The consultant must be able to perform home inspections, prepare the necessary architectural exhibits, and be able to complete the draw inspections on the property during the construction phase of the project. A state licensed architect or engineer may also be accepted.
